PAPER TEXT RULES

- Papers will start to be sent to uluslararasiogrencikongresi@gmail.com e-mail address on 20.07.2024.

- The deadline for paper submissions is 27.09.2024, 5 pm.

- Full text papers should be written in MS Word (docx) format, A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm), vertical, with 2.5 cm margins. There should be no indentation in the text and the text should be justified.

- The text of the paper should be written in 12-point, Times New Roman font, single-spaced, with 1 line space between paragraphs.

- The texts to be submitted should be between 300-600 words, and at least 3 and at most 6 keywords should be added at the beginning of the abstracts.

- Keywords should be in accordance with international standards. Keywords should be written one tab (1.25cm) inside and italicized.

- The main title of the text should be centered, bold and capitalized (14 pt.). Abbreviations should not be used. Likewise, other headings to be specified in the same way should be written in bold and all letters should be capitalized (12 pt.).

- It is mandatory to include the titles of literature summary (Originality contribution), aim (objective), hypothesis, method, statistics, result in the text of the paper.

- The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. All abstracts must be uploaded to the system in Turkish and English. Full text abstracts can be uploaded in Turkish or English.

- Paper presentations will be presented in Turkish or English depending on preference.

- Authors are responsible for all spelling mistakes and content of the proceedings.

- When sending us your abstract e-mail, you must use the phrase "Physiotherapy Congress Paper" in the subject line.

- In order for the abstracts to be accepted, each of the authors who will make the presentation must register for the congress.

- The team that will apply for a paper should consist of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 people.

- In the text of the abstract, it is mandatory to specify the names of the team members, the names of the consultants and the full name of the applied institution.

- After the papers are submitted, if approved, you will be notified via e-mail that the presentations will be presented as oral presentations or poster presentations.

- References must be cited (300-600 words excluding bibliography).

- The winning paper will be published in 'The Journal of Hacettepe University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Faculty'.

- An academic book will be presented as a gift to the owner of the winning paper.

- These rules apply to the texts of the papers.
