2nd INTERNATIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPY STUDENT CONGRESS

HYPOTHESIS FULL TEXT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

* Hypotheses will start being accepted on August 7, 2024, via the email address uluslararasiogrencikongresi@mail.com.

* The deadline for hypothesis submissions is October 4, 2024, at 17:00.

* Submissions must include the names, surnames, and institutions of all authors.

* For our hypothesis presentation session, which aims to reach a broad audience and offer diverse perspectives, your hypothesis submissions can address a wide range of topics beyond the field of physiotherapy. We are looking for ideas that solve problems, show cause-and-effect relationships, and are supported by scientific evidence. Some topic suggestions are listed below.

* You may submit hypotheses on social and current issues such as:
➢ Social Responsibility Projects
➢ Technological Advancements
➢ Quality Education
➢ Environmental Awareness
➢ Social Awareness
➢ Disadvantaged Groups
➢ Human Rights
➢ Animal Rights
➢ Energy Conservation and Sustainability

* The full text of the hypothesis must be written in MS Word (docx) format, A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm), portrait orientation, with 2.5 cm margins. The text should be left and right justified, with no indentation.

* The text should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, with single line spacing, 1 line of space between paragraphs. Paragraphs should start with a 1 cm indentation and there should be no extra line spacing between lines. Bold text may be used for emphasis.

* The main title of the text should be centered, bold, and in uppercase, 14-point font size. Abbreviations should not be used. Other headings in the text should be bold, 12-point font size, and italicized. When using multiple headings, the formatting should be as follows:
FIRST LEVEL HEADING
Second Level Heading
Third Level Heading (1 cm indent)
Fourth Level Heading (1 cm indent)

* Tables and figures should be formatted for publication and included where they are mentioned in the text. Table titles should have the first letter of each word capitalized, with the table number in bold and left-aligned, and the table title in normal font and left-aligned. Table numbers should be sequential within the text.

Example: Table 1. Participant’s Social Life Status

* Figure titles should be placed below the figure. For figures and images, the figure/image number should be bold and centered, and the figure/image title should be normal and centered.

Example: Figure 1. Age Distribution of Participants

* The hypothesis text must include the following sections: Literature Review (Original Value), Objective (Goal), Hypothesis, Method, Statistics, Discussion.

* The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. All abstract hypotheses must be submitted in both Turkish and English. Full texts of hypotheses may be submitted in either Turkish or English.

* Presentations of hypotheses may be made in either Turkish or English, based on the presenter's preference.

* Abstracts must be structured, including the purpose of the hypothesis, key findings, and statistics. The abstract should be left and right justified, between 300-500 words, written in Times New Roman font, 11-point size, single line spacing, and italicized. At the bottom of the abstract, include 3 to 5 keywords that describe the content of the hypothesis, in international standard format. Keywords should be indented 1 tab (1.25 cm) and italicized.

* Authors are responsible for all spelling and content errors in their hypothesis texts.

* All individuals submitting a hypothesis must register for the congress.

* The submitting group must consist of a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 people.

* A participant can submit both a hypothesis and an abstract.

* When sending an email to uluslararasiogrencikongresi@gmail.com, please include "Physiotherapy Congress Hypothesis" in the subject line.
